Measurable Deliverables
- Achieve annual cost savings through effective sourcing and negotiations.
- Maintain on-time delivery from vendors.
- Ensure vendor performance compliance (cost, quality, delivery).
- Maintain stock availability while controlling excess inventory.
- Onboard 2-5 new vendors per quarter.
- Resolve procurement issues within 24-72 hours.
- Ensure 100% policy and audit compliance.
- Submit monthly procurement reports with insights.
