Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production planning and inventory control (PPIC) (supply chain)
Monitor stock levels of Country stock Vs their monthly sales considering seasonal sales spikes.
Maintain optimum FG inventory at Country warehouse to ensure uninterrupted sales .
Maintaining & monitoring inventory of RM/PM & finish Good as per demand & sales forecasting.
The closely monitoring critical product dispatches to avoid delay & sales loss
Controlling slow-moving, non-moving & obsolete inventory
Reviews monthly and yearly projection versus actual production, value and quantity-wise
Co-ordinate with R & D, DRA, license, packaging, commercial, domestic & export marketing teams
Monitoring full Day wise production schedule & FG dispatches; monthly review OTIF (On Time In full)
Coordination with Manufacturing plants for day wise scheduling, RM and PM availability and timely production + Dispatches.
Harmonization of raw and packing material, it helps to reduce inventory, better consumption, improve production & quality control works.
Periodical and regular visits to manufacturing plants for effective coordination with plant CFTs
