Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic HR support to the International Business Unit, focusing on CIS, LATAM, and ROW regions.
- Partner with regional HR teams to develop and implement global mobility programs for international assignees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training initiatives that drive cultural awareness and competency across the organization.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in international business operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in an HRBP role within an international business environment.
- Strong understanding of CIS, LATAM, ROW markets and cultures.
- Proven track record of developing effective partnerships with senior leaders at all levels.
