Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling high-volume retail hiring.
- Drive hiring for Sales Promoters, Brand Promoters, Retail Sales, and other frontline roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Set hiring targets and monitor team productivity and closures.
- Coordinate with multiple clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Track recruitment MIS, TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and recruiter performance.
- Coach the team and resolve hiring-related escalations.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of multiple client requirements.
