Summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing continuous technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems, as well as software products. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of configured services across multiple platforms. You will be involved in both remote and onsite support, focusing on hardware and software solutions while adhering to established operating models and processes. Your role will also encompass troubleshooting at basic and intermediate levels to maintain system efficiency and functionality.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Database and Exadata systems.
Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
Make informed decisions on behalf of the team.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
Provide problem-solving solutions for the immediate team and across various teams.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

Must - Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
Experience with Oracle Exadata System.
Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
Experience with backup and recovery strategies for database systems.
Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Oracle databases.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
This position is based at our Noida office.
A full-time education of 15 years is required.
