Job Description
Job Summary:The Customer Service Executive PV Finance will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to clients availing personal vehicle finance services. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan servicing processes while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to personal vehicle finance products.
- Assist customers with loan applications, EMI schedules, repayment queries, foreclosure, and statement requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, collections, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
- Educate customers about PV Finance products, repayment options, and digital payment channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor and escalate unresolved cases for timely closure.
- Adhere to compliance, KYC norms, and company policies in all customer dealings.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
