VRM Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales of policies by interacting with the customers virtually and solving their queries.
- Support field sales teams by addressing on-the-go challenges.
- Assist with customer queries on products, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide remote support to AU Bank branches for sales of policies
- Maintain high-quality service standards while interacting with internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- 1.5-2 years of BFSI telesales experience; insurance telesales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali of each is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to start immediately or with a quick joining timeline is preferred.
