Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur, responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
Provide financial product expertise to clients, helping them achieve their investment goals.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the banking, financial services, and broking industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in wealth management, portfolio management, and relationship management.
Experience in acquiring new customers through cross-referral and networking.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
