Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED, responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a strong background in motor finance and PV finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and walk-in.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, including motor finance and PV finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience with customer relationship management software and other relevant systems.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
