Job Description
We are looking for a qualified MBA (Finance) or CA or CFA with experience upto 5 years for our merger, acquisition and corporate finance team. The main key responsibilities will be as follows: •Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential growth, acquisition, and investment/ divestment opportunities/ financial models in Company •Coordinate and perform due diligence of potential M&A opportunities •Work closely with the legal counsel for advisory for the M&A transaction. Skills And Competencies •Must be experienced in M&A procedures
