Job Summary Team Lead Job Description Team Lead is responsible in assisting with planning and scheduling production/supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA. Ensure error free timely delivery of output for clients. Should possess a better understanding of the industry and adhere to the company policies/procedures. Key Responsibilities: Understanding of the Real Estate Market in terms of title, deeds, maps, property formats. Understanding the basic nature of the US Title Insurance domain and specifically related to Property Search Reports like Current Owner, Two Owner, Full Title & Update Products. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team members meet performance goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and develop improvement plans as needed. Assisting with planning and scheduling production and supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA Drive operational excellence initiatives for projects through process improvements/automation. Troubleshoot/Analyze any issues faced with the teams and provide appropriate information for completing the process with help of Quality Controllers. Setting a communication protocol to the stakeholders on the process in timely manner Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving concerns promptly. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Qualification - Graduation Minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a team lead role. Hands-on experience with loan origination, processing, underwriting, or servicing. Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
