Job Description- ESG Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance) Duties & responsibilities This role encompasses in supporting our company's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. ESG Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our ESG compliance program, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements and maintain our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen. 1. ESG Compliance Administration: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of ESG policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 2. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report ESG data from various departments. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for internal and external reporting. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support ESG initiatives. Communicate ESG compliance requirements and updates effectively. 4. Audit Support: Assist in preparing for ESG-related audits and assessments. Ensure all required documentation is up-to-date and accessible. 5. Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the latest ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's ESG performance. 6. Training and Education: Support the development and delivery of ESG training programs for employees. Promote awareness and understanding of ESG principles across the organization. 7. Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports, including sustainability reports, impact assessments, and disclosures to stakeholders. Key skills 1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 4. Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or a related area. Additional Information We can consider candidates with max 60 days of notice period. (Immediate joiners preferred) Position is based in Bengaluru.
