Job Description
Navavarn Events is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that client needs are met throughout the event planning process The candidate will work closely with the event management team to ensure successful execution of events Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts from start to finish. Work closely with clients to identify their event objectives and develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and logistics. Ensure that all event-related documents, permits, and contracts are obtained and filed appropriately. Manage and supervise event staff, including coordinators, assistants, and volunteers. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Analyze event feedback and data to make recommendations for improvement. Attend meetings and conferences to promote Navavarn Events services and network with potential clients and partners. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies and plans. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.More Info
