Job Description
We are looking for Engineering Coordinator for executing a major elevated metro project in Mumbai. This is a site-based role requiring strong coordination between engineering, execution, and client teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design consultants, site teams, and client/PMC for smooth engineering execution.
- Track and manage engineering deliverables, drawings, RFIs, and approvals
- Ensure timely issuance and circulation of GFC drawings and revisions
- Maintain logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
- Support resolution of site technical issues in coordination with design team
- Conduct and participate in engineering review and coordination meetings
- Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project schedule
- Interface with multiple disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP) for clash-free execution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare engineering progress reports and MIS dashboards
Candidate Profile
- M. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure projects
- Mandatory experience in elevated Metro.
- Strong exposure to site-based engineering coordination.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
