Job Description

Objective

The Lead - Project Monitoring & Control is responsible for establishing and driving the integrated Project Controls function covering Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Quantity Surveying, Client Billing, Subcontract Management, Progress Monitoring, Commercial Controls, Claims, and Project Performance Reporting. The role provides strategic oversight of project time, cost, quantity, and contractual performance to ensure successful delivery of project objectives within approved schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead project planning, monitoring, and control activities.

- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.

- Monitor schedule, cost, productivity, and cash flow performance.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.

- Manage quantity surveying and BOQ reconciliation.

- Oversee client billing and subcontractor payment certification.

- Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning.

- Manage variations, claims, and contractual entitlements.

- Identify project risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures.

- Deliver MIS dashboards, KPI reporting, and stakeholder reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil, 12- 15 Years of Experience in Heavy Civil Infrastructure Projects (Underground Metro, Elevated Metro projects)

Skills: Primavera -P6 scheduling /MS Project, , Advanced Excel, Power BI, Cost Control, Quantity Surveying, Claims, FIDIC Contracts, Delay analysis, Risk Management
