Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and monitoring systems to improve product and process quality.
Lead quality assurance activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints, internal defects, and supplier quality issues.
Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, to ensure quality requirements are met.
Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier audits, qualification, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Develop departmental budgets and optimize quality-related costs.
Build and mentor a high-performing quality team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Support new product development and product launch quality planning.
