Job Description

Looking for a skilled Hostess/Host to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests. As a Hostess/Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hosting or hospitality is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
