Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certification or training is an added advantage.
Proven experience in purchase operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement software applications.
