Job Description
Job Description of Senior QA Executive
1. Audits - Outlets audits and vendor audits to be conducted as per schedule
2. Chemical and Microbiological Analysis of Food, Water and Air samples, Swabs of Hand & Equipments and monthly summaries. Use of testo meter, sampling of oil for TPM analysis from all restaurants once a month with its summary
3. Food handlers training and evaluation as per QA modules
4. Receiving of raw material as per QA receiving norms when required.
5. Dispatch monitoring when required.
6. Training and usage of oil for frying as per protocol
7. Being updated and taking initiatives in ones own core competency. Taking ownership in completion of QA Tasks
8. Production monitoring
9. Pest monitoring, ensure pest free sites
10. Check and ensure regulatory compliance
11. Tracking the chemical consumption of all outlets and adherence to ideal consumption
12. Prevention of foods getting expired at Commissary, cloud kitchens and outlets.
13. Reduce breakage by encouraging the decoy system
Candidate profile
1.B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology/Microbiology or Dairy Technology
2.Relevant experience of 3 or more years
3.Hands on experience in food safety procedures
4. Good communication skills.
5. Male Candidates within Mumbai is preferred.
