Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Coordinate with business team for site handover to the execution agency
Conduct kick-off meeting with construction contractors
Validate IFC drawings and SOQs
Ensure issuance of relevant, correct, and latest revision engineering deliverables to contractor
Raise SER for site-specific engineering queries
Coordinate with the design team for timely resolution of engineering queries
Coordinate with state business teams to provide site data for statutory clearances
Update state planner regularly about site readiness for receiving material
Coordinate with buyer, suppliers, dealers, and site contractors for timely ordering and delivery of all project materials
Inspect and report incoming material at site and submit relevant documents to state office
Ensure safe storage of material at site
Monitor construction activities in accordance with the project schedule and ensure timely completion
Update and report site construction progress periodically (daily/weekly)
Ensure quality and HSE compliance at site
Monitor construction quality, witness mandatory QMS activities, and upload IRPs to the portal
Ensure HSE compliance and conduct periodic safety audits
Ensure timely closure of all punch points and obtain HOTO sign-off
Control construction costs and avoid sunken costs
Reconcile material usage
Certify work measurements and maintain records of deviations
Evaluate contractor performance
Submit as-built drawing markups and HOTO dossier
