Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining high-performance, distributed systems in large-scale e-commerce or high-traffic product environments.
You will design, develop, and scale full-stack solutions, contribute to architectural discussions, and work closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful features with speed and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale backend or full-stack systems with high reliability
- Drive architectural decisions for scalable, modular, and secure systems
- Develop distributed systems, microservices, and APIs (REST / GraphQL)
- Contribute to front-end development using modern frameworks when required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data teams
- Ensure code quality, performance, and efficient CI/CD deployment
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Node.js (primary), Python
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- APIs: REST, GraphQL
- Strong in System Design, Architecture, and Microservices
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills
- Excellent knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems
Experience Requirements
- 10- 15 years of total software engineering experience
- 4 - 5+ years in high-scale product or e-commerce environments (mandatory)
- Proven record in building and scaling production systems
- Experience mentoring or leading small pods/teams is a plus
Education
- UG: B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field
- PG: M.Tech / M.E. / MCA preferred
