Role Description: The Brand Manager Marketing & Events is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role involves managing all aspects of brand communication, leading marketing campaigns, and organizing events to create memorable customer experiences. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful results aligned with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person engagements. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor positioning, and brand perception. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing content and collateral. Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand reach. Measure campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights. Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and brand activations. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Develop budgets and manage resources efficiently for events and activations. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and public relations, to align efforts. Supervise and mentor junior team members or external agencies as required. Build strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration. Job Specifications: Skills & Competencies: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and event management software. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields. Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events. Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within constraints. Prior experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus. Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree (MBA) in Marketing or a similar specialization is preferred. Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Event Management, or Brand Strategy are advantageous.
