Roles and Responsibility

Conduct experiments and tests to identify the composition of substances and analyze their properties.
Develop and implement new methods and procedures for testing and analyzing microorganisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects.
Interpret data and results, and draw conclusions based on findings.
Maintain accurate records and reports of experiments, results, and observations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in microbiology and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of microbiology principles, including infection control and disease prevention.
Experience working with various microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments, such as centrifuges, titrators, and pipettes.
