Job Description

Ensuring the best customer experience and journey across the site

Working cross functionally to plan the overall site visibility for every commercial strategy
Tracking customer behavior to make changes in site visibility
Plan and coordinate the creation of emailers
Plan and develop new pages for commercial themes, festivals
Work with product team to identify product enhancements to improve the customer journey
Manage SEO content optimization and planning

Focus on customer experience and implement and optimize site merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, discovery, improving customer engagement, and lead to a seamless shopping experience.
Plan brand-building content partnering with category managers to ensure alignment across the business. Provide business inputs and context to creative teams for execution, ensuring content is revenue-driving, on brand, and impactful.
Monitor analytics across all devices and platforms to optimize performance
Ability to work cross functionally across category, design, catalog and product teams and Influence the teams to advance required objectives
Facilitate and drive key initiatives for all projects undertaken
Research new enhancements and identify and close partnerships with external vendors for developments that can improve the overall customer experience.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in e-commerce, retail or fashion verticals
