Job Description

• Partners with Digital Marketing to develop special shop concepts,
  page layouts, and navigation to support category directives and
  strategies
  
• Performs competitive analysis of successful and emerging e-
  Commerce sites for industry trends and best practices
  
• Support the Merchandising Planning Manager, EMEA on the future
  season buy, including best seller reports category and style
  performance
  
• Merchandises the website, sets up SKUs, updates product pages
  and builds category and brand pages
  
• Analyzes category performance to evaluate merchandising efforts,
  product sell through, and product opportunities
  
• Report key findings of performance of units per category
  
• Manages all product creation, merchandising, and product
  enrichment for mi adidas customizable articles
  
• Super-user of content management system (Endeca, Certona,
  Demandware)
  
• Manage and execute optimal inventory supply in quality and quantity
  based on weeks cover targets and store feedback to drive high sales
  and margins
  
• Assume responsibility as one point of contact, issue weekly reports
  re stock availability, prices.
  
• Desired experience for ecommerce merchandiser includes:
  
• Issue reports for best and worst seller analysis and propose action
  steps
  
• Pull reports, analyze and implement necessary content changes in
  CMS provide feedback to team on data insights and optimization
  opportunities as they arise
  
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to support the
  acquisition of creative assets for in-house campaign efforts
  
• Optimize online navigation, search results, product walls, creative
  touts and product presentation based on analytics (click-path, traffic,
  AOV, conversion, ) and A/B testing
  
• Maintains and monitors purchase orders including item set up and
  data entry tasks
  
• Merchandising - uploads new product, monitors inventory levels to
  remove out-of-stock items, and makes seasonal sequencing updates
