Job Description

- Social media content calendar planning across all platforms (Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter) on a monthly basis with proper time budget management for organic paid media.
- Ability to work on content creation in terms of video/static shots for various campaigns.
- Know the nuances of social media and be able to increase followers, improve engagement monitor ORM efficiently.
- Understanding of performance metrics for social media organic paid, ability to work on reports, analyze data, and present the performance reports with learnings recommendations.
- Plan backend ads for campaigns, close on creatives to be used along with the CTA align with the relevant agency. Understand the performance of ads work on improvising the performance with every campaign/month.
- Understand influencer marketing and be able to brief influencers on the direction, script timelines for the campaign.
- Understanding of context, trend, and influencer TG for brands.
- Understanding of performance measurement metrics for influencer campaigns, ability to work on reports, analyze data, and present the performance reports with learnings recommendations on a monthly or campaign-to-campaign basis
- To be proactive and ensure our brand is part of the ongoing moment marketing or trends on different platforms
- To support brand managers with social media content ideas for each campaign and execute the same once aligned with all stakeholders with timelines and budgets.
- To be able to draft campaign briefs and explain the same to various agency partners.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in terms of alignment and smooth execution.
- Delivering written content for the website and other channels. Maintenance of brand website on a monthly basis.
