Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Parry ware Roca sanitary ware and bathroom fitting products. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing dealer and distributor networks, and increasing brand presence in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive market growth through new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure product availability and repeat business
- Coordinate with vendors and channel partners for smooth supply, timely deliveries, and communication of schemes
- Promote brand visibility through regular market visits, product displays, and promotional activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Support project and institutional sales by coordinating with builders, architects, and contractors
- Handle order processing, follow up on dispatch and deliveries, monitor stock levels
- Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and activity reports
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, reporting tools)
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience or market knowledge in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or building materials will be given preference
