Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our client's dynamic marketing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for multiple divisions, including formulation planning and brand lifecycle management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence and achieving brand leadership in key therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the product management team to ensure high performance.
Oversee the entire brand lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution and formulation planning.
Manage P&L for the assigned brand portfolio and ensure profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Drive the creation of innovative marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Collaborate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing combined with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc).
Experience: 6 to 10 years of robust experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
Leadership: A minimum of 3 years in a team leadership or people management role is mandatory.
Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Neurology and Psychiatry.
Skills: Proven ability in strategic thinking, team management, financial acumen (P&L), and brand building.
