Job Description
- Leading Instagram-first content for Figuring Fashion from ideation to execution
- Producing social media content around podcast episodes, guests, founder content, and original ideas
- Identifying strong hooks from long-form conversations and turning them into high-performing Reels
- Working closely with our in-house editor to shape the final output not just hand over timestamps
- Reviewing cuts, suggesting improvements, and helping the editor bring out the strongest moments
- Writing sharp captions, titles, reel hooks, and post copy in clear English
- Contributing ideas for the founder's personal brand and helping execute them consistently
- Planning content formats, BTS ideas, employee-led content, and experimental reel concepts
- Tracking what works on Instagram and improving content based on performance
- Supporting YouTube content packaging where required, including titles, thumbnails, intros, and clips
Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote
