Urgent Opportunity for the role of Lead Electrical Execution for Navi Mumbai site

Role Purpose

To lead and manage the complete Electrical scope of Data Center projects, ensuring safe, quality, timely, and cost-effective execution from design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

* Manage end-to-end Electrical works including HV/LV systems.
* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and client requirements.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against project milestones.

Design & Engineering Coordination

* Review electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
* Coordinate with design consultants, client teams, and MEP stakeholders.
* Resolve technical and site execution issues proactively.

Vendor & Contractor Management

* Lead electrical contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and resource planning.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

Data Center Electrical Systems

Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of:

* MV Switchgear & RMUs
* UPS Systems
* Generators and Fuel Systems
* LV Switchboards & PCC/MCC Panels
* Busways/Busducts
* PDUs, RPPs and Rack Power Distribution
* Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
* BMS, EPMS and SCADA Integration

Testing & Commissioning

* Coordinate IST, SAT, integrated systems testing, and energization activities.
* Ensure successful handover and documentation closure.

Planning & Procurement

* Support procurement of long-lead electrical equipment.
* Review vendor drawings and manufacturing schedules.
* Track material delivery and site readiness.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

* Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and electrical safety standards.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
* Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and inspection requirements.

Stakeholder Management

* Interface with client, consultants, utility authorities, OEMs, and internal teams.
* Prepare and present project status reports to management.
* Participate in coordination and progress review meetings.

Qualification

* Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
* Masters Degree is an added advantage.

Experience

* 1015+ years of Electrical project execution experience.
* Minimum 5 years in Data Center, Mission Critical or Large Infrastructure Projects.
* Experience in commissioning of critical electrical systems preferred.
