Job Description

We are looking for skilled Relationship Managers with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at QuickTurtle, playing a pivotal role in wealth management and private banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, wealth management, and private banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve clients' objectives.
Provide expert advice on investment products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
Manage and grow existing client relationships through regular communication, trust-building, and proactive issue resolution.
Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals from current contacts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, product specialists, and operations staff, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
