Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Orange Corporate Solutions, with a strong background in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent event management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and timely completion.
Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in event management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
