Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with 10-12 years of expertise in handling legal matters related to real estate, with a strong focus on litigation

The ideal candidate must be based in Pune and have extensive knowledge of property laws, contracts, and dispute resolution

Key Responsibilities :

Handle litigation related to real estate disputes, property ownership, and regulatory compliance

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, contracts, and legal documents

Represent the company in court cases, arbitration, and settlement negotiations

Provide legal opinions on land acquisition, property due diligence, and title verification

Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters

Stay updated with the latest amendments in real estate laws and regulations

Ensure risk mitigation by advising on legal strategies for ongoing and future projects

Key Requirements :

LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university

10-12 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in litigation

In-depth knowledge of RERA, Maharashtra Land Laws, Transfer of Property Act, and Contract Law

Proven track record of handling real estate disputes, civil suits, and regulatory matters

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Must be Pune-based and familiar with local legal frameworks and courts
