Job Description

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor with experience in pharma or nutrition manufacturing to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain smooth coordination across the site. The role requires monitoring manpower, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities within the manufacturing facility
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations
Monitor labour, allocate tasks, and ensure discipline on the shop floor
Maintain daily logs, reports, and material movement records
Oversee equipment usage, housekeeping, and site readiness
Identify and resolve on-site operational issues quickly
Support the implementation of SOPs and compliance processes
Ensure timely completion of assigned work according to production plans

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor (Pharma / Nutrition / Food Manufacturing preferred)
Understanding of GMP, safety, and basic production processes
Ability to manage workforce and coordinate with multiple departments
Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work full-time in day shift at the Jadcherla plant
