Job Description
- Generate invoices in Excel or PDF format using our templates or send online recurring/one-time invoices using the payment processor that we use
- Invoice amount calculation based on online services (online advertising campaigns) selected by the customer.
- Send invoices to customers and follow-up for payment
- Send reminders to customers when their service renewal is due and raise renewal invoices.
- Update renewal dates once the invoices are processed
- Work with the business development team to finalize invoice details
- Automate and track recurring invoices
- Track failed automated recurring invoices and send reminders to customers
