Job Description

1. Review of marketing materials used in the financing of clients, including of investment
memoranda, management presentations and pitch books
2. Review & Development of various types of financial models for debt and equity
3. Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transactions
4. Leverage existing connections and develop new connections in the Private Equity & Venture
Capital Space to ensure mandate closure
5. Participate in negotiations and other closure activities
6. Assist management with the development of boarder strategic initiatives
7. Work with senior team members/SBU to identify and evaluate potential business
opportunities

Qualifications:

1. 8-10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space
2. Should have closed minimum 10 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of
stressed asset acquisitions / NCLT acquisitions would be viewed positively
3. Back office / KPO experience will be viewed less favourably
4. CA / MBA (Top 20 B-schools in India) with relevant years of post-qualification experience.
5. CFA charter or progress towards it would be a plus
6. Candidates selected for Interview Process will be requested to share an independently
prepared work sample (Stock Pitch/Financial Model/any other to showcase proficiency)
