Fortune Gourmet Specialities Pvt. Ltd. (FGSPL) is looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for the role of Assistant Manager – Supply Chain / Sr. Executive – Supply Chain at our Snowman facility in Navi Mumbai.

Qualification Required:
B.Sc Graduate (Mandatory)
Communication Skills:
Candidates must possess good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience Required:
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Cold Chain Operations within Food Industry, Pharma Companies, or FMCG sector.
Maximum CTC: 5 LPA – 6 LPA
Maximum Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Mandatory Experience & Industry Exposure
Hands-on experience in handling Pan India logistics and supply chain operations for temperature-controlled goods
Experience working with chilled & frozen product categories
Strong exposure to cold chain logistics, warehouse coordination, and inventory management
Experience in Bond & Ex-Bond inventory operations handling stock worth 400 tons or more
Good industry network and coordination with cold chain logistics partners across India
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate Pan India supply chain and logistics operations for temperature-controlled products
* Coordinate with Pan India branches, cross-functional departments at Head Office, and third-party logistics & warehouse partners
* Monitor inventory movement, stock planning, dispatches, and replenishment activities
* Ensure adherence to OTIF, FEFO/FIFO, Fill Rate, GRN, and inventory control processes
* Maintain operational efficiency for chilled and frozen storage operations
* Handle storage planning in terms of pallets, cold room chambers, and warehouse utilization
* Develop and maintain MIS reports with strong analytical and Excel-based reporting skills
* Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, and operational standards
* Support issue resolution related to logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations
Desired Skills & Knowledge
Strong command over Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting
Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GST, E-Way Bills, and Customs Duty procedures
Strong coordination and vendor management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of cold storage infrastructure, pallet management, and warehouse operations
