Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for back-office trading applications (preferably TCS).
- Handle production issues, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work on depository systems (NSDL/CDSL) and digital account opening processes.
- Execute Oracle SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Perform Linux-based operations such as log analysis and service checks.
- Manage patch deployments, releases, and system changes.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for issue closure.
- Support regulatory changes, audits, and daily MIS reporting.
Key Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of trading back-office applications (TCS BaNCS preferred).
• Understanding of depository systems (NSDL/CDSL) and digital account opening workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Database, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience working on Linux/Unix environments for logs, scripts, and configurations.
• Knowledge of production environments, patch deployments, and change management.
