Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, and networking within the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO sales or related field (e.g. telesales).
- Strong outbound sales skills with ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
