Job Overview:_

Rustomjee is conducting an urgent hiring drive for its premium Real Estate Process based in Thane. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling real estate inquiries, and driving sales conversions. The position requires individuals with strong communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist clients with property inquiries and provide accurate project details.
Guide potential buyers through the sales process via structured communication channels.
Maintain database records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.
Meet quality standards and performance targets set by the management team.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC / 12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
Language Proficiency: Must clear Versant Level 5.

Compensation and Salary Structure:-

Freshers: Upto 26,000 CTC per month.
Candidates with 6 to 11 Months Sales Experience: Upto 31,500 CTC per month.
Candidates with 6 to 11 Months Real Estate Experience: Upto 37,000 CTC per month.
