Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Planning & execution of Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm (FAPA) projects
- Handling project timelines, client coordination & approvals
- BOQ validation, shop drawings, as-built drawings & technical documentation
- Site execution, safety compliance & subcontractor management
- Pump room schematic/SLD preparation and execution
- Material planning, procurement coordination & billing support
- Ensuring compliance with IS/NBC/local fire safety codes
- Joint measurements, contractor billing & payment coordination
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems
- Strong project execution & coordination skills
- Knowledge of fire safety standards, IS/NBC codes
- Good communication & problem-solving abilities
- Relevant Fire & Safety certifications preferred
