Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to end-users on desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktop computers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating drivers, firmware, and software updates.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage devices etc. .
- Proficiency in installing and configuring OSes like Windows or macOS.
- Basic understanding of printer support and troubleshooting techniques.
