Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the in-house RPO team to deliver on hiring targets across functions and levels.
- Ensure quick turnaround for senior and critical roles through proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and align hiring plans with workforce strategy.
- Utilize market mapping and talent intelligence to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain skill matrices to guide competency-based hiring and workforce planning.
- Optimize external consultant partnerships for specialized hiring, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Leverage recruitment analytics to drive process efficiency and improve quality-of-hire.
- Champion employer branding and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
- Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire, diversity ratios).
Preferred candidate profile:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 35 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing RPO or hybrid recruitment models.
