Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

Application Support:

Monitor and maintain core banking/financial applications.
Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication with stakeholders.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measure

Project Handling:

Manage IT projects related to application upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, operations, vendors).
Ensure projects meet regulatory compliance (RBI, Internal Audit etc. norms).
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Process Improvement:

Drive automation and efficiency in support processes.
Implement monitoring tools and dashboards for proactive issue detection.
Suggest enhancements to improve application performance and reliability.

Technical Expertise

Knowledge of banking applications, Lending platforms, payment gateways, CRM, ERP systems.
Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL, NoSql DB), middleware, APIs, cloud platforms.
Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead teams and manage vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
