Job Description
Role & responsibilities
proven experience in full-cycle End to End recruitment, preferably Hiring experience in IT, Technical, or engineering services.
Experience with recruitment tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, QA, cyber security, cloud, etc.) and ability to assess candidate fit.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools or HR tech platforms.
Experience in high-growth or consulting environments.
