Job Description

We are hiring target-driven Sales Executives to support our growing D2Cwebsite sales. The role involves engaging digital leads, understanding customerneeds, and driving end-to-end life insurance sales through tele-assisted anddigital channels.

KeyResponsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leadsfrom the website and digital platforms

• Timely engagement with customers via calls, understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead contact to policy issuance.
• Update lead interactions accurately in CRM/LMS systems
• Meet monthly sales, login, and issuance targets and KPIs
• Meet monthly sales, login, and issuance KPIs and Schedule Adherence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams
• Stay updated with product features, insurance market trends, competitor offerings, and benchmarking insights.

Skills & Competencies

• Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in sales; experience in life insurance or D2C/online channels preferred.
• Basic understanding of life insurance products: Term, ULIP, Savings/Guaranteed plans, Retirement, and Money-back plans.
• Comfortable working with LMS, CRM systems, and Dialer tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust.
• Fluency in Hindi, Bengali and English (mandatory) ; additional Indian languages will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and deliver consistent performance.
• Positive attitude, resilience, customer-first approach, and willingness to learn.
