We are hiring a Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the general Trade channel. The role focuses on managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, and ensuring strong market execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets (primary & secondary)
- Manage and develop distributor network
- Expand retail reach and outlet coverage
- Ensure product availability and in-store visibility
- Build strong relationships with retailers
- Execute promotions and track market performance
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3 8 years of experience in FMCG / General Trade sales
- Strong distributor handling and retail execution skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- FMCG / F&B/ Coffee
