SUMMARY

Job Role - Operations Executive

Location - Mumbai

Industry - Manufacturing/ Chemicals/ Adhesives/Paints

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Dispatch Documentation

Process incoming customer orders and generate Proforma Invoices, Invoices, and Packing Lists.

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

Manage logistics by coordinating with courier partners and freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.

Procurement & Supply Chain

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging.

Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and track delivery timelines.

Ensure all incoming materials are accompanied by necessary paperwork (COAs, MSDS).

ISO 9001 Compliance & Quality Records

Maintain and update ISO 9001 documentation for purchase, sales, and operations.

Manage the Calibration Schedule for all lab and production equipment, ensuring no equipment goes out of date.

Ensure all batch records and operational logs are filed correctly for audit readiness.

Administrative & Office Management

Manage Daily Attendance records for the team.

Handle Petty Cash and maintain a clear log of minor office/factory expenses.

Perform accurate data entry into company systems to ensure "real-time" business tracking.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 2 4 years in an Operations or Documentation role (Manufacturing or Chemical industry experience is a major plus).

ISO Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and documentation requirements (preferred).

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)/Google Docs/Google Sheets. Experience with accounting/ERP software (preferred).

Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask under deadlines, and strong written communication for vendor/client coordination.

Language: Proficient in English.

Salary - upto 6 LPA

Notice period - Immediate to 30 days
