Role & responsibilities

Manage the activities such as engineering, design, procurement and construction with respect to the project schedules for sub-vendors and project staff
Identify and resolve the hindrances in project activities. Closely co-ordinate between civil and MEP construction activities
Avoid any LD from client through proper planning and documentations, plan to achieve ahead of schedule progress
To develop and maintain relationships with Key Influencers for the project (Clients, Architects, Consultants, etc.) in order to achieve project milestones (execution / financial) ahead of time
To be in touch with client on regular basis. To update client with site progress / hindrances / delays / financial health of the project
Responsible for Interface coordination with various parties such as Consortium partner, Detailed engineering Sub-Contractor, Installation Sub-Contractor, Construction coordination, expediting engineering deliverables, resolving construction issues
Developing project plans and schedules to the required level of detail, including all interfaces, and dependencies.
