Job Description

Ensure accurate & timely accounting in accordance with company s finance policies / standards and applicable GAAPs for designated legal entities Review G/L accounts and perform various reconciliations including Balance Sheet substantiation Prepare financials & schedules and report financial performance as per prescribed timelines Adhere to closing deadlines and perform month end closing activities Support various audits like external audit, tax audit etc. of designated legal entities and be one-point contact for queries & clarifications Coordinate with tax agents to ensure timely tax return filings such as filing of CIT returns, GST/ VAT returns, WHT returns etc. and 100% compliance with applicable tax laws Ensure complete and accurate adoption & compliance of country specific regulations, if any Continuously review the processes, identify risks and help mitigate the same to ensure a risk-free environment in the organization. Maintain a collaborative partnership with the relevant in-country business controller, supporting the project development and in-country regulatory reporting needs as required Ensure supporting documentation to substantiate various transactions or tasks Partner with cross functions for assigned team tasks or projects Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
